Niramaya Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the AEVUM wellness tracker app. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

What we collect

When you use AEVUM, we collect:

• Profile data: name, sex, age, height, weight, activity level, target weight
• Daily tracking data: weight, waist measurement, food logs, calorie and macro intake, water intake, exercise, sleep and energy ratings, notes
• Supplement usage: serum intake records (if applicable)
• Photos: meal photos you choose to upload

How we use your data

Your data is used to:

• Provide personalised tracking, targets, and reports within the app
• Monitor your program progress (for program participants)
• Generate AI-assisted calorie estimates and meal suggestions
• Improve the app and the AEVUM program

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Where your data is stored

• On your device: your tracking data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). If you clear your browser data, this local data is lost.
• In the cloud: if you are a program participant, your data is synced to a secure Google Sheets database accessible only to your program administrator.
• AI processing: meal photos and food descriptions are sent to AI services (Cloudflare Workers AI) for calorie estimation. These are processed in transit and not stored by the AI provider.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Google Apps Script and Google Sheets (data storage and sync)
• Cloudflare Workers (AI-assisted calorie and meal analysis)
• GitHub Pages (app hosting)

Each provider has its own privacy policy and data protection measures.

Data retention

We retain your data for the duration of your program and up to 12 months after completion, unless you request earlier deletion. Aggregated, anonymised data may be retained for program improvement.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: request corrections to inaccurate data
• Withdrawal: withdraw your consent for data collection at any time (this may affect your ability to use the app)

Data protection

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure authentication. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

AEVUM is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
